You can request deletion here — no need to install or reinstall the app.

What gets deleted

Your account and login access.
Your profile — name, mobile number, email address and photo.
Your saved addresses and preferences.
For drivers and fleet owners: your uploaded documents and vehicle records.

What we have to keep

Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain invoices and payment records for completed trips for eight financial years. We also keep anonymised trip data that can no longer be linked to you. Nothing we keep can be used to identify or contact you.

Please settle up first. If your wallet has a positive balance, withdraw it before requesting deletion. If you are a driver with a negative balance (money owed from cash trips), that amount remains payable and we may contact you about it before closing the account.

How long it takes

We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm to you by email or SMS.

Just want to stop notifications?

You don't have to delete your account for that — turn off notifications for Zaari in your phone's settings, or ask us to remove you from promotional messages using the contact form.
